Sears Trostel is seeking individuals for the position of Machine Operator at our Airpark Dr. manufacturing facility. Woodwork machinery experience with any of the following equipment a strong plus:

• Moulder
• Planer
• Widebelt Sander
• Shaper
• Tablesaw
• Radial Arm Saw

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and team building beneficial. Successful candidate must be a motivated, self-starter who is organized and detail-oriented and mechanically inclined.
